German Exams
You can take a German exam at levels A1 – C2 with us at any time, without attending a course beforehand. Appointments are arranged individually on request. Our exams follow the guidelines of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
Exams based on the CEFR — A1 to C2

The four exam sections: reading comprehension · listening comprehension · written expression · oral expression.
Procedure, recognition & registration
Depending on the level, an exam lasts between 3 and 5 hours and consists of four sections:
- reading comprehension
- listening comprehension
- written expression
- oral expression
You must achieve at least 60 % in each section. Once you have passed, the certificate is issued immediately.
Our certificates are recognised by the immigration office for applying for or extending a visa or a residence permit / family reunification, as well as by employers and other institutions.
The exams follow the guidelines of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
- Exam times: Monday to Thursday, 12:00 – 17:00
- Appointments arranged individually on request — no prior course attendance required
- Please bring: passport / residence permit
- 200 € exam fee in cash
